ABSOLUTELY!! Having representation can help in every way.....whether you have questions about the process, run into a financing glitch while in the process or just needing an ear to listen when things are stressful, I cannot express my ABSOLUTELY enough. While the reps at the sales models are very nice and truly do want to help, there is only so much they can share with you as they represent the seller and only the seller. They cannot be on both sides of the table....a Buyer's Agent is compensated by the builder, yet does not add any cost to you, so why not?? It makes perfect sense!! If you have further questions, please let me know. I have helped many buyers purchase new construction, and I can tell you that they all have been very glad to have someone on their side who knows every step of the process!! Congrats on your hard work!! Sounds like you have gotten great advice on how to better your scores, and you will be so happy once it all pays off!!
